What's the minimum delivery volume?
Standard rack-plus accounts start at 500 gallons per drop; indexed and fixed contracts typically begin at 5,000 gallons per delivery. We'll work with smaller volumes for pilot accounts on a case-by-case basis.
Are you EPA and PA-registered for highway diesel?
Yes. We're a registered fuel supplier with the EPA, the PA Department of Revenue, and IFTA-compliant for interstate delivery. All loads ship with proper BOL, manifest, and ULSD-compliant documentation.
How is the B2 bio-blend handled?
Biodiesel is injection-blended on the truck at the rack — not pre-mixed in tanks. This guarantees the 2% PA-required ratio in every load and avoids the cold-flow issues that come with batch-mixed bio-blends.
What are your payment terms?
New accounts start COD or prepay. Established accounts qualify for Net-15 or Net-30 terms based on credit review. Indexed contracts include negotiated terms as part of the agreement.
Do you provide on-site fueling for fleets?
Yes. We run mobile fleet fueling for accounts that prefer their trucks topped off overnight. Drivers come in to a full tank — no time lost at retail pumps.
