Common questions
How is "market price" set?
It tracks the regional wholesale rack plus our delivery margin, and it moves week to week. Call the office or ask your rep for today's rate before you order.
When does the cap-price window open?
Cap enrollment runs roughly Aug 15 through Sept 30 each year. Once locked, your ceiling holds through the following April regardless of where the market goes.
Can I switch plans mid-season?
Yes — you can move from will-call to auto-fill any time. Cap-price is the one exception; that lock holds for the season you signed up for.
Are there fees, minimums, or annual contracts?
No. No service fees, no minimum gallon orders, no annual commitments on will-call or auto-fill. You pay for the fuel you take.
How does budget billing work?
We total your last twelve months of fuel cost, divide by ten, and bill that flat amount Sept through June. July reconciles. Available with auto-fill or cap.
What about emergencies — same-day delivery?
Auto-fill and cap customers get priority on emergency runs. Will-call orders get same-day or next-morning service when the schedule allows; we'll be honest about the window when you call.
