Do I have to buy the tank?
No. With automatic delivery, we install the right-sized tank for free, own it, and service it for the life of your account. You just pay for the propane that goes in it.
What size tank do I need?
Depends on what you're powering. Cooking + dryer: 120 gal. Heating an average home: 500 gal. Whole-home propane plus standby generator: 1000 gal. We'll size it during your free site visit.
How quickly can you set a tank for a new customer?
Most tank installs happen within 5–10 business days of signing up. If you're switching from another provider with an existing tank, we can usually pump it out and swap on the same visit.
Do you handle the gas line and appliance hookup?
Yes. Our certified techs run line from the tank to your appliances, pressure-test the system, and commission each appliance. We'll also pull permits where required.
Is propane safe?
Yes — when installed and maintained by certified technicians. All our tank sets follow NFPA 58 code. We pressure-test the system on every install and on every delivery if requested. Real gas leaks are rare; the smell additive is conservative on purpose.
Can I monitor my tank level remotely?
Yes — we install a free cellular tank sensor with every automatic-delivery account. Live levels and forecasts in the Button app. The dispatch system uses the same data to schedule your next fill.
