Trucks are dispatched when your tank is around 25–30% full — early enough that you'll never run dry, but not so early that you're paying for fuel you don't need.
What if I'm switching from another oil company?
It's easy. Sign up online or give us a call, and we'll schedule your first delivery within 3–5 business days. If you have fuel left in your tank, no problem — we'll just top it off when we come. There's no fee to switch and no need to drain anything.
Do you offer same-day or emergency delivery?
Yes. If you're completely out, call us 24/7 and we'll prioritize your delivery — usually same-day.
What's the minimum delivery size?
Standard minimum is 150 gallons. Most homes use 600–900 gallons over a heating season, so a typical fill ranges from 175–300 gallons depending on your tank size.
