Rules

One account per person and a maximum of two entries per household. Extra accounts are removed and disqualified from the prizes, and we check.

Each week select up to 2 teams that you think will win their respective games. No more than 2 games per week can be picked.

You will be awarded points equal to their winning margin.

Choose wisely! You will also lose points equal to their losing margin.

Each team can only be selected ONCE per season.

To win a prize you must use all 32 teams by the end of the season. Finish with any team unused and you're disqualified from the prizes (your points still count). Your dashboard counts the teams you have left and tells you if you can no longer get there.

The two highest qualified season totals win. What you win depends on whether you're a Button Energy customer, which means you've had a delivery from Button Energy in the 12 months before the season ends.Customers: first place wins $1,000 and second place $500 of heating oil or propane.Everyone else: first place wins a $250 Visa gift card and second place a $100 Visa gift card.Become a customer before the season ends and a win pays in fuel. We check delivery records before prizes are awarded.

There are 18 weeks and 32 teams; you have 4 byes to help you pick the best spot to use each team. Joining late? The weeks that ended before you signed up are filled for you with random teams that score nothing, so you keep the same 4 byes and simply start behind on points.

Each game locks 10 minutes before its kickoff, and only that game: you can still change picks in later games. Don't wait until the last second.

Every pick you skip uses a bye. Once your 4 byes are gone, any pick you miss is filled for you: when the week's results are published, the system randomly assigns one of that week's teams you haven't used yet, and it counts like any other pick.

Scores are posted Tuesday mornings. Until then, that week's picks show as pending.
